Transition Fair to Help Students Learn About Post-High School Opportunities
What's next after high school? Students in Dutchess County who have IEPs and 504s are invited to find out during The Transition and Resource Fair.

The Transition and Resource Fair will help families with students in Dutchess County who have IEPs and 504s to learn about all the opportunities available for life after high school. Once these students graduate, the services they receive in school will come to an end. However, many more supports exist to help students achieve their goals, whether that is college studies, employment, or a day program. The event will help launch families into a positive transition planning process.

Community organizations will be on hand to offer guidance on these programs and more. A highlight will be the Transition Planning Services offered by Community Based Services.

The fair will be hosted at Arlington High School on May 25 from 4:00 to 7:00 pm.
